What this page covers
Ozil Goal AI respects copyright and people’s right to control how their image is used. This page explains how to report two kinds of problem: copyright infringement (a DMCA notice), and a video or photo that uses your likeness without your permission (a likeness or right-of-publicity complaint), for example when someone used your photo.
Send reports to dmca@ozilgoal.ai. Every video page also has a “Report this content” link that goes to the same address.
Our takedown commitment
When we receive a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the reported content within 48 hours. If a notice is incomplete, we will tell you what is missing.
Our Terms already prohibit uploading images of public figures, minors, or anyone without permission, and we remove such content when we find it.
What to include in your notice
Please include all of the following so that we can act quickly:
- The work or likeness. For copyright, describe the work you say was infringed, with a link to the original if you have one. For a likeness complaint, say who appears in the content and that it is you or someone you are authorized to represent.
- The URL of the video page on our site where the content appears (copy it from your browser’s address bar).
- Your contact details: full name, email address, and a mailing address or phone number.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law, or, for a likeness complaint, that the person shown did not give permission.
- An accuracy statement that the information in your notice is correct and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner, the person shown, or authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may ask for more information, such as a photo to confirm it is you. We will use it only to handle your complaint. Please be accurate: knowingly sending a false notice can have legal consequences.
What happens next
We review each notice. If it is complete, we remove or disable the content and tell the user who uploaded it. We share your contact details with that user only where the law requires it or you agree.
Counter-notices
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to dmca@ozilgoal.ai. It must include:
- the removed content and the URL where it appeared before it was removed;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will send a copy to the complainant. If they do not tell us they have started a court action, we may restore the content 10 to 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notice. For likeness complaints, we review the uploader’s reply case by case.
Repeat infringers
We suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly upload other people’s images without permission. We may also suspend an account after a single serious violation.
Bad-faith reports
Please do not send false or abusive reports. We may ignore repeated bad-faith reports. This page is not legal advice.
