Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of Ozil Goal AI (the “Service”) at https://ozilgoal.ai. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of the Service.
By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service and eligibility
You sign in with Google and upload a full-body photo of yourself. Our AI video providers then generate a short vertical (9:16) video of you recreating a famous football moment, which you can share on platforms such as TikTok. Each generation costs 1 credit.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
What you may upload
Only upload photos of yourself, adults who have given you permission, or characters you own. Do not upload images of public figures.
Do not upload photos of minors (anyone under 18), even with permission. You must have the right to use every photo you upload.
No real public figures
Generating content that depicts the likeness of real public figures is prohibited. This includes celebrities, athletes (including Mesut Özil), politicians and other well-known people. Do not upload their photos or try to make the Service produce their likeness.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use the Service to create, upload or share content that:
- contains nudity or sexual content;
- is hateful, or harasses, threatens or abuses any person or group;
- impersonates another person, or is a deepfake or other content meant to deceive or mislead others;
- is illegal, or infringes anyone’s copyright, privacy or other rights.
Do not create multiple accounts to collect free credits, or bypass our bot protection, rate limits or security.
Your responsibility
You are fully and solely responsible for any content you upload and for how you use the videos you generate, including where and how you post them. Follow the rules of each platform you post to, including any AI-labeling requirements.
You agree to cover us for claims, losses and costs arising from your uploads, your use of the videos or your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.
Suspension and termination
We may remove content, refuse a generation, or suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms. If we close your account for that reason, we may decline to refund your unused credits.
You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, email support@ozilgoal.ai. To report content, use the “Report this content” link on a video page or see our DMCA & Likeness Complaints page.
Credits and payments
- Credits are sold as one-time packs through Stripe Checkout. There are no subscriptions.
- Purchased credits never expire. They are non-transferable and have no cash value, except that unused purchased credits can be refunded as described in our Refund Policy.
- Free credits have no cash value. New accounts may receive a sign-up bonus of 3 credits (not available in every country), and you can claim a free daily check-in of 1 credit.
- When you start a generation, its credits are held. If the generation fails or times out, the held credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- We may change prices or the credit cost of a generation in future.
Content, license and AI output
You keep all rights you have in your photos, and we do not claim ownership of them or of the videos made from them. You give us a limited license to store and process your photos, and to share them with the AI video providers that work for us, only to provide and secure the Service.
Videos are generated by AI and may be imperfect or differ from your photo. We do not guarantee any specific result.
No affiliation
Ozil Goal AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mesut Özil, Arsenal FC, UEFA, or any other club, league or player. These names are used only to describe the football moment the videos are inspired by.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice on the site or by email. Using the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of the Service is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally.
