About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Ozil Goal AI (“we”, “us”) collects when you use https://ozilgoal.ai, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
What we collect
- Google account details: your name, email address and profile picture (avatar), received when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
- Uploaded photos: the full-body photos you upload to create videos.
- Generated videos: the videos created from your photos.
- Credit and order history: your credit balance and credit activity (such as generations and free-credit claims), and your purchases (such as the pack, amount, date and order reference).
- IP address and country: we record your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and the country you signed up from (derived from your IP address) for fraud prevention.
- Basic logs: technical data such as request times, errors and browser type.
We never see or store full card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe.
How we use your data
We use your data to:
- provide the Service: sign you in, generate your videos, manage your credits, and process payments and refunds;
- prevent fraud and abuse, using rate limits, bot checks and the country you signed up from (the free sign-up bonus is not available in every country);
- answer support requests, enforce our Terms, and handle copyright and likeness complaints;
- keep the Service secure and working, and meet our legal obligations.
We use your photos only to create your videos and to enforce our Terms. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a safe service, and legal obligations.
Who processes your data
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed. Each provider’s own privacy policy also applies to the data it handles.
- Google: sign-in.
- Stripe: payments. Stripe collects your card details directly, and we never see or store full card numbers.
- Vercel: hosting, and file storage (Vercel Blob) for your uploaded photos and generated videos.
- Our database host: a managed Postgres provider that stores your account, credit and order records.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection, which checks your IP address and browser signals.
- AI video providers: third-party providers that receive your photo to generate your video.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our users, our rights or the Service.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: cookies that keep you signed in, cookies from Cloudflare Turnstile that protect against bots, and cookies used by Stripe Checkout when you pay. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking essential cookies may stop sign-in or payments from working.
How long we keep data
We keep your account data, photos, videos and order history while your account is active. To delete your account and data, email support@ozilgoal.ai, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
We may keep limited records for longer where the law requires it (such as payment records) or to prevent fraud and abuse.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to export a copy. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to object to or restrict some processing, or to complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email support@ozilgoal.ai from the email address of your account. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days.
Children
The Service is for people aged 18 or over, and you must not upload photos of anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you think a minor’s photo or data is on the Service, email support@ozilgoal.ai and we will remove it.
International transfers
Our providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live, where data protection laws may differ. Where the law requires it, we take steps to put appropriate safeguards in place for those transfers.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections and access controls. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you on the site or by email.
